USS Albany (SSN 753) and USS Alexandria (SSN 757).• Responsible for the Forward end of the ship and the Total Ship Monitoring System (TSMS) installation.• Supervised teams of tradesmen. • Maintained MS project schedules and created the Plan of the Day.• Worked with management and vendors. • Interfaced with Navy and Government Personnel.• Maintained the Plan of the Day (POD) schedules for the Project Manager on the SSN 753.• Participated in Sea Trials for the SSN 753.

USS Augusta (SSN 710) and USS Miami (SSN 755)• In charge of 12 inspectors from the Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical disciplines.• Responsible for all inspections performed, to certify the submarine for deep submergence.

USS Springfield (SSN 761), USS Seawolf (SSN 021), USS Connecticut (SSN 022), and USS Dallas (SSN 700).• Evaluated and resolved various structural deficiencies by directing and supporting the trades during execution of overhaul and repair of 4 submarines.• Regularly corresponded with the Navy and outside organizations to provide and receive technical direction, information and documentation.• Created a database for recording, analysis, technical checking and repairs of Unrestricted Operations/Maintenance Requirement Card 003 (URO/MRC-003) structural defects found during submarine maintenance. This database was a process improvement for the Overhaul and Repair Engineers. It reduced the amount of time the engineers were spending analyzing defects and automated the production of the Deficiency Reports, necessary for the follow-up repair work. The database also reduced the Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP) Audit Time for ship certification.
