Hybrid role where I supported and assisted with DevOps implementations of the GE Smallworld product suite which included being a SCRUM master for the team and assisting management with defining key quarterly objectives to meet target business goals. My role as Founder was much more than just business operations. I'm a multi-talented asset to any company that requires business operations and information technology services. I have a strong understanding and background of Customer service/support and technical systems.As Founder I handled the following tasks:Managed various SaaS (Software as a Service) based projects: - Bitcoin related mining and rental systems, renting out processing power to the crypto currency community.- Web-rtc voice communication platform prototyping.- SmartDNS geo-location unlocking service prototype that offers many web security features.Managed, sourced, interviewed and hired developers while guiding the company’s decisions on finding the best frameworks/libraries/platforms etc.Not only have I done the system administration of all of the companies projects, I have managed the accounting and business deployment strategies.

I was a PACS and RIS systems support administrator for HMI and MRM systems for nearly 4 years.- Assisted administration of various Hospital and clinic Picture Archiving and Communications Systems(PACS) which entailed the following tasks:- Configuring new Modalities and workstations in the HMI system.- Helping hospitals securely transit patient information via DICOM send migration channels. - Assisting users with frontend issues, Identifying bugs, reporting the bugs/patching bugs once releases were released.- Setting up migration schedules between a customer and our migrations team, many times working with the migration team and customers to do prep work.- Worked on-call duty which would start at 6pm and end at 5am, with many emergency calls/high escalation tickets that required prompt response.- Server systems were run on Windows Server 2000 to 2008. Client PC’s were Windows XP to Windows 7.- Experience with multi-server failsafe/load balancing setups, active-active or active/passive configurations. - F5 switching experience managing servers- Hardware trouble shooting, working with hardware vendors to resolve issues.- Experience with medical grade diagnosing monitor equipment such as Barco and Totoku troubleshooting.- Scripting/Programming experience at McKesson:- Basic windows batch scripting and Oracle SQL knowledge and active directory work.- Helped do tier 1 support as well for 3rd party integrations such as PowerScribe, Orthoview, Vitrea and many more.- Worked in a specialized support group (that covered PACS and MRM) for 2 years on McKesson Radiology Manager (MRM) which is an ordering and administration system that integrates with various PACS systems.- Encouraged management to pursue implementation of proactive maintenance software and participated in a dedicated trial of the proactive maintenance system called “Install Based Analytics” (IBA) which at the time resulted in improvement for reduced call volume from customers.
