We consult with these business through all phases of the development of their business; starting with product sourcing, finding suppliers, building websites, marketing products and website optimization to increase unique traffic for high volume and gross revenues. I was Responsible for all company processes and operations. Managed external company relations to increase annual revenues. Implemented a working model that sustained company growth to a 3.9 million dollar yearly grossing business. Organized company resources to create all new divisions; including coaching staff, scheduling support, customer support, accounting, and merchant operations. Directed 5 team managers to monitor 45 employees’ daily activities. Created effective processes for training of employment staff to support rapid growth.

Nuvont operates on both the privately funded Utopia Network, and the publicly funded iProvo Network in Utah. I was directly responsible for development and management of 5 teams within Nuvont Communications. I was directly responsible for all customer facing interactions.
