I was the night and weekend supervisor for all 5 testing centers on the Weber State Ogden campus. This position includes knowing how to administer many third party exams such as PRAXIS, NPOST, PearsonVue, PSI, PAN, and CLEP, among others. I am also responsible for helping train new employees, as well as evaluating current employees every six months. I am the point of contact for questions and concerns after hours.I was also in charge of administering the Residual ACT for the college.COVID changed much of what our department does. We adapted to the change by offering online only testing, which pivoted my responsibilities to more of data entry and compilation. I compile information from suspected testing incidents, and send that information to instructors. I compile test information, test ID numbers, students, teachers names, and what happened during the testing incidents and send that information to each instructor, for each student and test that are suspected incidents.
