In my role as Head of Deployment it is my privilege and challenge to figure out how to bring each new location to life. Along with the project management of each deployment, I manage an incredibly talented and dedicated team of builders, technicians, trainers, and IT specialists all instrumental to bringing each new Zero Latency to life.

I am honoured and very excited to be joining the Board of Directors at DroneJournalism.org. There are huge opportunities for drone technology to transform journalism globally over the next few years. Responsible for running daily operations, stock control, rostering, merchandising as well as developing and executing all on campus marketing activities. Striving to achieve all personal and location based targets and KPI’s. My performance has lead to new manager hires being sent to myself for training.

Hired to develop Audion’s Apple distribution channels, I soon took over many large accounts and quickly became the Online Account Manager for the entire business, my accounts included reward programs such as Flybuys, ‘deal websites’ such as Ozsale, and many online retailers.

Leading a dedicated team of 40 staff across Victoria, Tasmania, Southern and Western Australia, I was responsible for achieving detailed KPIs and targets at each location and for the overall area.Developing programs to produce revenue, secure new business, improve our customer experience and to develop, retain and grow our staff. I was responsible for developing the training and on-boarding process for new staff across the business as well as co-writing all policies and procedures with the National Manager. This involved piloting, evaluating and implementing new programs each quarter.Regularly involved with the tender process and pitch to SME’s, Schools and Education Accounts with an annual spend in excess of $500,000.00 Responsible for delivery of large projects to deadline and budget such as location fit-outs, POS marketing development and roll outs, Education IT deployments.

I successfully restructured the business across Victoria. Closing non-profitable locations and delivering efficiency and productivity with remaining locations. Worked with the senior leadership team, to remodel our ‘Service Offering’ to include point of sale presence, ‘Ad-on’ and ‘Upgrade’ offers along with corresponding KPIs to achieve results. Worked to develop and grow a results driven culture by creating individual and team based incentives and competitions.

Ran a team of ten staff, with a mixture of Service Technicians, Onsite Technicians, Receptionists, and Administrators. Delivering on customer service, profitability, and staff development. Gained lease of adjacent building and worked with contractors to develop and install refit.

Planned marketing events. Liaised between Students, RMIT and Apple Australia. Conducted Apple Product Demos to students and staff including Department and IT Managers. Managed a small promotional budget. Training at Apple HQ Sydney.
