Ryan works with the Splice Video App's team on a monthly basis to give feedback on new UX designs, app features, website SEO strategy, and marketing campaigns.

Responsible for directing the video content, campaigns, paid advertising and digital marketing strategy for Nootka Saunas.

Ryan digitized the Whistler Chamber of Commerce's main training program to allow incoming service industry employees to take the program online rather than in person. Ryan worked with Bluebird Strategies to re-create the curriculum, film, edit and direct the new online training program in just 3 months.

Ryan and the Beacon team worked with the Gibbons team to digitize the entire Gibbons employee training and orientation process. Beacon worked with Gibbons Whistler to structure the online training content, shoot and direct the video content, and launch the online training portal for Gibbons Whistler.

Ryan and the Beacon team worked with C3 Presents to cover festivals such as; Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, and many more. Beacon's responsibilities are in robotic camera rigs for the live broadcasts and creating promotional films "Aftermovies" for the festivals. Live Broadcast: Ryan lead the Beacon team in installing and operating Beacon's custom robotic cable camera systems for the live stream. A RF would be transmitted from our cable cameras to the ground and packaged into the broadcasts of 2 million + people around the globe. Film Production: Beacon's team also created the Aftermovies for many C3 music festivals aswell as fulfilling specific sponsor obligations. This included creating specific video content for festival sponsors such as; Twitter, Statefarm, Revlon, and many more.

Ryan and the Beacon team launched a new education series to help educate the doctors at VCH hospitals on how to use the new CERNER software. Doctors were struggling to learn the new software that VCH implemented at all their hospitals. By launching a knowledge base of 1-minute educational tutorials Beacon worked with VCH to quickly educate doctors on the CERNER software and save crucial time.
