As a Summer Pools supervisor, I worked closely with my team and reported to the recreation and activities division manager. My daily responsibilities included creating and managing schedules, running inservices, managing cash outs, performing pool operations duties such as dechlorination and chlorination of the pools and filtration cleaning. I was also responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring over 20 employees. I participated in the hiring process of new guards, managed certifications, inputted service orders, as well as created and enforced pool procedures and policies. Through my leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with my team members, we were able to ensure that our pool operations ran smoothly and efficiently.
