I started my real estate career 15 years ago at Indianapolis’ top new home builder Arbor Homes. There I learned from several of Indianapolis’ top new home sales managers and professionals. This experience let me to join a new but very successful real estate startup named EasyStreet Realty in 2003. EasySTreet Realty now known as Highgarden Real Estate has been an amazing experience and afforded me the opportunity to build one of Indiana’s top real estate teams, The Hergott Group at Highgarden Real Estate. Our primary focus has always been to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and help ensure an amazing experience for each of our valued clients.In 2010 I stepped away from Real Estate to become the General Manager of Bone Dry Roofing-Indianapolis. Although I never pictured myself working in contracting, the opportunity to work for one of the Midwest’s most respected contracting companies taught me a great deal about excellence in customer service. My time at Bone Dry opened my eyes to what has become my life’s passion: Helping others achieve a higher level of success within the sales industry.Then in 2013, Real Estate found me once again. The Partners at Highgarden Real Estate welcomed and encouraged me. With the help of many great coaches and mentors, I have been blessed to work with dozens of real estate agents throughout the country and help them grow their individual real estate business’ along with my own. 2016 proved to be our most rewarding year to date. Thanks to the help of our valuable clients and my phenomenal real estate team, we were blessed to be named among Indiana’s top 50 REALTORS for 2016. In my first year at Bone Dry Roofing, it was my task to manage and train the sales team on best practices for sales appointments. My experience in sales training and working directly with homeowners allowed me to lead my team to quickly increase conversions by 9%. After my first year, I was promoted to General Manager and oversaw the entire operations of the Indianapolis office while continuing to serve in my role as Sales Manager and trainer. During my initial year at Bone Dry Roofing, we sold in excess of $18M, which increased by 13% in revenue growth each year after while employed with the company.
