•Oversee and manage three production facilities operated by 3PL partners. •Ensure conformance on production, OPEX, inventory, transportation, and safety KPI’s.•Execute new depot searches throughout all regions. Identify potential new partners, negotiate operating costs, structure new contracts, implement startup timelines, and train management/employees.•Manage relationships between 3PL, Transportation, Service, and Customers with problem solving skills and communication.•Implement and maintain cost saving strategies and processes at all facilities in the region.•Monitor Quality being provided to customers at all sites. Ensure that action plans are put in place and followed for any customer service failures.•Review processes to ensure that SOP’s are followed to reduce costs.

Review and analyze efficiencies at multiple locations. Increase production goals by optimizing the warehouse. Manage 2 distribution centers (Union)to conform with operational objectives such as OPEX, inventory, labor, forecasting, and special events. SAP, KEA, AS400, CAD, and Lean Process Experience.

•Supervise 3 departments that consisted of 3 Team Leads and a total of up to 52 employee’s•Experience with Inbound and Outbound operations to help know and grow the business from areas such as ordering, forecasting, receiving, processing, and shipping of goods.•Used my knowledge of other areas and teamwork with other departments to help improve service level from 92.3% in 2004 to 99.2% in 2008.•Assisted in the implementation of PTL (Pick to Light) and PBV (Pick by Voice) systems during tenure.
