This role require me to handle large portfolio of agencies/brokers by providing support and education about the financial benefits for the corporate employees through the arrangement of Employee Benefits Solution. Dealing with large number of agencies/brokers require me to have high levels of organization and also handling potential barriers selling the products to the employers.
