He smiled and accepted the next job. We set a schedule to meet weekly to review future projects. When I was assigned the account, my director, and his supervisor told me the goals they have in mind. I told them I would research the project and report back to them. When I told them the progress Ryan and I have made they were astonished and highly complimentary of me, I immediately told them it was a team effort and Ryan is steadfast at moving the needle. Fast-forward three months, Ryan and I have exceeded all expectations, created a plan of action, and are steadfast in our desire to impress everyone with the accomplishments achieved. Our project has grown to 3 times its size before Ryan and I teamed up. It will nearly triple again with the work we have outlined over the next month! Ryan is always punctual and courteous. The professional demeanor he portrays exceeds that of most mature adults. He documented every assignment, and kept thorough inventory on the progress of each task at hand. Ryan was diligent in completing each job accurately and in a precise manner. I sent Ryan an update on a Thursday that I had missed, apologizing profusely for allowing it to pass me by. On Monday I received a reply stating the work was near complete and he apologized for the delay. In our next meeting, Ryan revealed that he had double pneumonia and was hospitalized briefly, thus the delay. I have NEVER worked with anyone more dedicated to a project than Ryan Hibbard! Ryan and I quickly became friends, his personality and demeanor are that of a life long friend, not of a man working in a startup SaaS company. We enjoy many talks of sports, and current events.
