Project Cordinator Kol
Current-Strategically analyzing the market and industry, aligning with company values and messages to identify impactful KOLs.-Persuasively approaching potential KOLs, negotiating collaborations, negotiating while offering suitable forms of cooperation.-Drafting collaboration contracts with KOLs. Ensuring that all terms, compensation, and responsibilities are clearly documented.-Coordinating content production by KOLs, ensuring integration of the brand's message for maximum impact.-Tracking the performance of content generated by KOLs, including engagement rates, views, and impact on marketing objectives.-Analyzing the outcomes of KOL and affiliate campaigns, compiling periodic reports, and proposing changes or strategy improvements based on the analysis results.-Maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs to achieve main goals effectively.-Sourcing, listing, and negotiating with KOLs, building and fostering positive relationships.-Conducting briefings and instructions for influencer KOLs, monitoring and optimizing their performances.-Adapting, adjusting, and resolving project requirements with clients for streamlined (e.g. schedule, budget, KPI’s).-Analyzing and reporting comprehensive KOL network performance, covering impressions, reach, likes, comments, etc.-Developing guidelines, storylines, storyboards, scripts, and captions for KOLs when needed.-Efficiently managing the database of KOLs at Mega, Macro, Micro & Nano levelsCLIENTS: Wardah, Emina, Mustika Ratu, Azzura, Poise, Instaperfect, Labore, Implora, Vaseline, MakeOver, Emeron, Gery, Jagat, Buavita, Pigeon, Sariwangi, Promina, Sun, Sariwangi, Natasha, Giordano, Indomilk, Wuling, Gudang Garam, Lionwings, Sun, Bank, Toyota, Bigo, Campina, Anteraja, Garuda, Supermi, Indofood, Aqua, Bango, Harvest, Kalbe, Sociolla, Mediheal, Lux, Durex, etc.
