• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems related to the bank's EDC machines, including occasional maintenance tasks for printers such as handling maintenance specifically for Bank Mandiri printers, making requests for printer supplies, and replacing printer components with assistance and guidance from Technical Support. Additionally, conducting stock opname for Nobu bank IT devices.• Proficient in customer communication to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, particularly with EDC machines.• Traveling to different areas in East Nusa Tenggara to install and perform maintenance on EDC machines owned by Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, and Bank CIMB Niaga.• Maintaining effective communication with clients, specifically banks, and delivering top-notch service to merchants regarding any issues with EDC machines.
