Ryan is a leader at RLI Insurance Company where he cultivates industry relationships, develops emerging talent markets, and helps create long-term focused strategies that attract specialists, leaders, and future executives for the company.Ryan's background is an insurance professional with a broad range of experience in risk management for clients across the U.S. He has been a leader in political advocacy, education, and business productivity for State and National insurance industry issues.Ryan developed his work ethic while growing up on a farm in Macon, IL; and while attending Greenville University became a fully licensed insurance producer with his family's independent insurance agency. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, he started with Auto-Owners Insurance Company where he worked his way through the claims and underwriting departments to become one of the youngest Marketing Representative's in the company's history. In 2010 Ryan brought his knowledge and experience to a consulting agency in Peoria, IL to help its advisors and clients develop the right risk management strategy by focusing on education and implementing many types of insurance programs.At the end of 2013, Ryan purchased Eagle Rock to add another dimension of service to the agency and opened a 2nd location in Decatur, IL to serve clients by developing specific risk management plans for families and businesses.In 2020, Ryan merged his agency into Envision Insurance Group where together they had access to more carriers, resources, and staff, in order to improve service to clients.
