Responsible for daily management of initial three phases with total budget over $87M. Project has been a financial success and has been embraced by the community.- 300 Virginia (Seattle, WA) - Downtown 43 story, 448 unit apartment tower with integrated boutique hotel, retail space, and parking. Shared responsibility for design development including management of consultant team, budget tracking, and successful coordination of multi-phase building permit milestones. Construction start date has not yet been determined.
