I spend some of my spare time volunteering at my children's school. Some of the activities I have participated in are installation of projectors and smart white boards, general computer repair/maintenance, and student services.

Call center analytics and reporting, forecasting, historical telephony, workforce management, compensation, and CRM systems reporting and analytics. My background is in business intelligence and reporting. Systems where most of my experience comes from are as follows: Aspect UCC, HOP, ALM, Workforce management - eWFM, NICE (quality assurance and WFM - Workforce management), Salesforce.com, Cisco Softphone and Genesys call routing, EIVR, Avaya telephony suite, Castel dialer, and more call center systems. Use the tools within MS SQL (SSIS, SSAS and SSRS), IBM DB2, and Sybase to build useful data flows and reports that support my business unit. Use business knowledge from 10+ years in mortgage and banking and credit card to understand customers needs and clearly develop the tools they need. Work with key partners to develop relationships that decrease the time it takes to produce a report while maintaining a high level of documentation and accuracy.

Analyzed the changes that needed to take place in my business and decided what impacts those changes would have. I would write up my recommendations on how to best implement those changes in systems, processes, and work flows in order to have the smallest impact on the teams production.

Managed the transportation needs of the International Alert Academy (A large trade school with a focus on serving people in the midst of disaster). These needs included transportation to and from the airport, supplies pickup/delivery, and planning deployment of units to disaster area's all over the country.

The Alert Academy had a large multi campus network with a fiber backbone. Part of my job was to restore as much of that back bone as possible and as quickly as possible. Part of this project was to run cable through a 2 story building for CAT5 networking. At the same time I would work through a list of service requests for the school. Setup and deletion of telephone lines and voicemail boxes. Fixing daily user issues.

I owned my own computer consulting and repair company. Offered onsite and instore consulting and repair services.
