Current*Manages a portfolio of 250 + accounts in the North American market for a SaaS Service*Top upgrade rep exceeding quota for 9 years running and top rep for more than 6 months of 2023. *Responsible for managing and expanding relationships with customers including manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in the commercial construction industry*Maintain a proactive relationship with customer portfolio to ensure adoption, success, and ROI is achieved with expected time-frame and ensure renewal*Act as customer advocate to gather feedback and report internally to departments and ensure business needs are met* Presents daily to C level Executives and trains Sales Staff* SalesForce user for all account management and contracts
