Direct and oversee management of Haag's most profitable and fastest growing division. Project leader and author of business and marketing plan for industry introduction of Haag Certified Inspector (HCI) program. HCI has had a huge impact in the business of assessing physical damage to roofs (with both a residential and commercial program), with nearly 9,000 attendees since the program's inception in 2007. HCI has become the industry standard in roof damage assessment by teaching the science behind assessing damage from an engineering perspective.Currently overseeing development of Haag's newest certification for wind damage assessors, due out in June of 2014.Specialist in creating niche products and creating demand within in industry or demographic. Created the concept of Haag's very successful "Field Guide" series of damage assessment guides for use in the field by thousands of insurance adjusters, engineers, roofing contractors and home inspectors.Heavily involved in the production and marketing of Haag "gauges". These one-of-a-kind tools have been used industry-wide to help standardize the subjective task of assessing value to a roofing or siding product.I've played leadership roles in many corporate-wide projects such as corporate re-branding, massive website overhaul, annual planning retreats. I created and ran Haag's corporate employee recognition program until turning it over to Human Resources in 2012.

I lead Haag's Education Department which creates training publications, seminars and tools for use in the construction and insurance industries. I plan, handle all marketing and vendor negotiations, and operate all of our training seminars. I also provide vision and direction on our published training manuals.
