• Provide GIS support to several ongoing DoD and environmental tasks. These tasks include:
• GIS data and map development in support of US Marine Corps and Navy training and readiness.
• Producing comprehensive SDSFIE compliant GIS data and metadata
• Developing scripts, tools, and models utlizing ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python scripting language to efficiently automate GIS processes
• Developing suitability analysis models to locate lands that are beneficial to both the Department of Defense mission and conserving critical habitat for various species.
• Marine mammal density data development and mapping for the Navy Species Density Database (NMSDD)

Create and manage environmental spatial data for producing report figures involving the cleanup of environmentally impacted Department of Defense sites utilizing ArcGIS.

Worked on projects involving GIS services, such as figure creation, data conversion, spatial database design, metadata creation and SDSFIE compliant geodatabase creation. Supported the Tetra Tech EC, Inc GIS department in creating and managing environmental spatial data for producing figures for reports involving the cleanup of environmentally impacted.

Completed various types of city planning projects, as well as natural resource projects using GIS. Project highlights include geocoding a Butte County road data to be used in the California Department of Forestry’s Computer Aided Dispatch system as well as creating sub-watershed shapefiles with Strahler values using a digital elevation model, an ArcView.
