I am an active duty U.S. Air Force contracting with a warrant of up $4.9M, and serve as the NCOIC of the Commodities flight in the 509th Contracting Squadron. I am highly motivated, and have several years of Acquisitions experience. I am currently responsible for managing a contract portfolio of over $40 million, and have a total of $100+ million total lifetime acquisition portfolio experience. I have spent 2 years as a Contracting Specialist at the 509th Contracting Squadron, Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. and spent 6 months deployed as a Contingency Contracting Officer with a SAT warrant at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, with a proven track record of contractual understanding, market analysis, conflict resolution, risk management, business modeling for optimization, training development and client relations. I have over 8 years of military experience, to include experience in Cradle to Grave Contract Management, Project Management, Government Procurement, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and as a customer liaison. I am highly qualified in Leadership, Management, and contracting functions to include Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Contingency Contracting, Negotiations, and other advanced procurement methods.I have earned my Associates degree in Electronic Systems Technology, and met all requirements for my Associates in Contracts Management from the Community College of the Air Force. I’m currently working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from American Military University with an expected graduation date in 2024.
