Manage day to day operations at a photographic retail store. Responsibilities include hiring and training, staff scheduling, store opening/closing procedures, inventory management, payroll, and more. In 2012 I was chosen to manage our first ever store in the Cincinnati area. Working closely with the company president, I assisted with store design and layout, staff recruitment, delivery of goods, sales planning and forecasting, and other business aspects to ensure the operation was a success.
