- Built and maintained a high-performance, scalable REST API on Hazelcast IMDG with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. Improved response time of some features by 5-10x through pre-computation and other optimizations.- Extended an internal auditing tool, implementing new features to assist business users in diagnosing digital fulfillment issues. This was full-stack work using Kotlin, Spring Boot, Cassandra, and React.js for UI.- Managed our team's development on key business features for Target, driving end-to-end solutions.

Built integrations between Target's data and external vendors using Java, Postgres, Spring Boot, and Kafka. Created a React.js web app for business users to monitor progress and identify data inconsistency.

Researched the performance improvement of application-controlled memory allocation for emerging memory system technologies in high-performance computing. Evaluated the viability of using Linux NUMA on more traditional memory systems to simulate this performance gain. Results were published in a poster at the SC 16 (Supercomputing 2016) conference.

Researched hardware-managed solutions for allocating memory in emerging high-performance memory systems. Interfaced processor and memory system simulation code in C and C++. Automated experiment process with Python scripting.
