Lithography:- Provide strategic oversight of the business development for the Lithography Business Unit. - Plan, coordinate and direct the pre-press and metal lithography operation to operate in an efficient and cost-effective manner.- Manage and operate the lithography facilities within the guidelines of the operating permits maintaining all records necessary and administrative filings required by the States of Maryland and Ohio.- Manage the Sales team to develop and service new and existing sales accounts to maximize the plant workload.- Evaluate and recommend purchase of materials and equipment necessary to operate efficiently including technical advances.- Review and make recommendations on personnel staffing.- Ensure the implementation of safety programs and full compliance of OSHA, State and other government agency requirements.- Monitor the purchasing activities of departments to ensure optimum levels of inventory and proper pricing of materials.- Maintain reports that track the operation such as line efficiency, spoilage, claims, material costs and other major items.- Participate in the International Packaging Association Printing Committee Meetings - Lead the Lithography Business Unit based on the Company Core Values, including teaching all new employees of our values.- Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the manufacturing and sales groups. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the Company’s dealings both internally and externallyDistribution:- Provide the strategic vision for the Distribution Business Unit.- Chair all strategic meetings.- Review and make recommendations on personnel staffing.- Review and approve the annual budget- Review all new product development initiatives to ensure alignment with the corporate strategic plan. - Strategic partnership development and management

Manage the sales and marketing function for International Markets:- Investigate and evaluate of new technologies that will allow for higher efficiencies with in the manufacturing and logistics processes - Package development based on an existing package or conceptual design. In-house design help is available- Adaptation of a current package to handle a new specific design requirement (Food, Promotion, Special Use, Industrial).- Design and manufacture of Steel Packaging, Tin Plated Steel Cans, Glass, and Plastics
