• Assist PC Associate General Director to collect, and analyze Northern competitors’ distribution channels, local projects, and potential dealer candidates for effective dealership decision for 3 brands (Mazda,Kia.
• Manage dealership development project progress, and consult at opening phase to dealers to develop 3 new dealers in the North.

• Lead 12-member team to execute communication, PR with 15 newspapers, televisions.
• Audit USGuide issues; develop team force for F4 generation; raise fund, and develop partnership.

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing department to plan local mobile promotion activities for new products and assigned brands.
• Coordinate with outsourced BTL agencies to build up campaigns towards Suzuki’ criteria (brands, purpose, timeline, and budget allocation)
• Work with cross-function departments and local dealers to pass through internal preparation.
• Supervise Mobile Promotion team in local execution.
