•Assist PC Associate General Director to collect, and analyze Northern competitors’ distribution channels, local projects, and potential dealer candidates for effective dealership decision for 3 brands (Mazda,Kia, Peugeot)•Manage dealership development project progress, and consult at opening phase to dealers to develop 3 new dealers in the North.

•Lead 4 function teams to organize annual events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh with 1400 audiences.•Lead 12-member team to execute communication, PR with 15 newspapers, televisions.•Audit USGuide issues; develop team force for F4 generation; raise fund, and develop partnership.
