I serve on the Executive and Compensation committees for this Emerald Triangle-based distributor for more than 300 licensed cannabis growers. I regularly advise the leadership team on organizational and corporate development strategy, planning and execution.

The Crypto Cannabis Club is a groundbreaking new NFT-based community for cannabis aficionados. I led community growth to more than 4,500 members, developed 30+ partnerships with leading cannabis accessory brands and launched the first NFT-powered cannabis brand with D2C distribution in California.

Willie's Reserve is a consumer cannabis brand from music legend and long-time cannabis advocate, Willie Nelson. In addition to leading organizational development and growth, I led national distribution – growing the the brand’s reach from 2 markets to 8 and also successfully launched the Willie’s Remedy CBD brand.

Oversaw development for a 10-acre cannabis farm and led a $12M/year medical cannabis group. During my tenure, I grew registered patients 40% in two months through multi-channel marketing programs, established outdoor cannabis cultivation to reduce cultivation costs 70%, created a B2B wholesale business to drive $200K in incremental monthly revenue, and was named Best Medical Dispensary by Westword Magazine in 2018

I led Business Operations for this cannabis oil extraction equipment manufacturer. During my tenure, I developed and launched a CBD oil extraction and short path distillation service, led capital equipment sales and marketing for product launch, and raised $1M from angel investors including the Foundry Group’s partners

For one night only, I got to fulfill a dream to dive from the cliffs of Casa Bonita and raise nearly $2,000 for The Denver Language School

For this consumer genealogy web service, I led Business Operations and Marketing resulting in a $25M acquisition. During my tenure, I secured $4M in Series A equity funding from Foundry Group, secured $2M in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank, led the marketing organization to grow subscribers from 0 to 500,000 in 2 years, led the acquisition, integration and managed ongoing operations of 30-person content production team, led sell-side activity for $25M sale of Mocavo to DC Thomson Family History and managed integrated US operations post acquisition through earn out period and transitioned responsibilities to UK leadership

As a sell-side equities research analyst, I provided institutional equity holders and traders with financial investment analysis+ Coverage: Netflix, Ancestry.com, LinkedIn, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Akamai, etc.+ FINRA Registrations: Series 7, 24, 63, 79, 86, 87+ CFA Level II candidate

I launched 2 new product suites, delivered 100% Y/Y growth in MQLs while improving SQL conversion 300% for this IT Automation Software company

For this Identity Management sofware as a service provider, I created and executed the Go-to-Market Strategy (Pricing, Packaging, Positioning, and Channels) for the entire product portfolio

I launched Adobe’s first ever line of enterprise information security software and grew annual product revenues from $400K to $18M in year 1, $35M in year 2 with 140% Q/Q revenue growth for 6 consecutive quarters and multiple $1.5M+ deals

I oversaw the complete product lifecycle for 2 major software releases resulting in license revenues of more than $32M for 2001 and more than 100 customer wins worldwide including, GM, BT, NTT, Siemens, and Boeing. Additionally, I performed technical and operational due diligence for $75M acquisition of Exterprise, resulting in 2 new product lines and 3 new customers within 6 months of deal closure
