Hello! I have been a Technology professional for over nine years. I cut my teeth in retail, driving successful businesses at 5 locations in the greater Saint Louis area. Then from STL to Cupertino (figuratively…still in STL at this point), I transitioned into customer support as a technical expert at Apple, facilitating product education and making life-long fans of the brand. After my store and floor years, I had the privilege of helping to define and build the Client Service department at Sapper Consulting, a startup marketing agency in Saint Louis, Missouri. Guiding the department, leading by example, with a personal book of 35 happy clients, the department serving over 600 total accounts. The strategies I’ve spun up though cross-functional collaboration with Onboarding, Sales, the C-Suites, and Content have resulted in millions of dollars in revenue. Client Success is more than just monitoring the data and compiling reports.
