Years of construction experience have taught me three major things: how to meet deadlines, problem solve on the job, and to work hard with a team. One of my favorite things is the satisfaction of finding solutions to unforeseen obstacles on projects. My problem-solving and critical thinking skills have been sharpened from successfully managing and completing 250+ rebuild jobs at my current company. This experience has also taught me how to thrive as both a leader and a follower and to always be teachable in either role. Grateful and excited to see how my skills learned in construction will help me in my future in the law industry.
