Responsible for leading product strategy, product design, roadmap development, and marketing efforts across Aktivate’s suite of products.Oversaw product-led growth and sales automation efforts to 3x growth of Aktivate’s fundraising solution and reduce CAC.Collaborated with executive leadership through annual planning process to create 2024 product strategy and roadmap. Worked with team to create a full backlog of executable work to support first half of the annual roadmap.

Joined early stage venture backed startup to lead product and design efforts for a B2C consumer startup to modernize how addresses and personal information are collected, accessed, and maintained. Built and released the Spiral Address Book app on iOS, Android, and web with both free and premium subscription plans.

After the acquisition of Schoology by PowerSchool, I led the Learning Management System (LMS) product lines for PowerSchool, including the Schoology LMS and PowerSchool's legacy LMS Haiku. I led product strategy and growth of the core LMS business, nearly doubling the overall LMS business in the first year. I managed a team of 6 product managers overseeing 10 scrum teams across both products and worked closely with product line leadership across the company to help unify Schoology Learning into the PowerSchool Unified Classroom solution. Led efforts to modernize development practices across the organization by bringing the best parts of Schoology's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and external customer roadmaps to PowerSchool.

As the company expanded to build a new product line, I took ownership of the core learning product as we brought in a new VP of Product to lead our portfolio of products. I managed product strategy and roadmap for the core LMS, growing it become the industry leading platform serving over 20M students across the US. I managed a team of 6 product managers across 8 scrum teams and collaborated with executive and product line leadership to increase investment in our core product to meet business goals. I led efforts around operational efficiency and up-leveling of product engineering teams/processes as we scaled to 160 employees, including developing our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and managing roll out of OKRs to drive organization wide alignment.

Managed a team of 5 product managers overseeing product roadmap and strategy across 5 scrum teams. Hired a Director of Design to report into CTO as I specialized into leading the product management team. Worked closely with CTO to scale and grow product engineering teams as company grew from 50-120 employees.

Raised Seed and Series A funding upon graduating college to create a modern Learning Management System (LMS) for K-12 schools. Served as initial product leader, designer, and front-end developer during early years of product development. Built and managed a team of product managers and designers as we grew from 0-60 employees. Presented roadmap keynote at inaugural user conference and continued to keynote each year during my time as VP of Product, as conference grew to over 300 attendees.
