I worked directly with our retail partners from an Operations perspective to ensure we built the most efficient supply chain possible.In addition, I led our Operations Data Analytics team to create new analytical solutions which streamline our processes and integrate data into every aspect of our decision-making and process execution. We implemented Tableau to simplify access to data and improve its adoption by end users.

I lead the Kids II Operations analytics team to work across the supply chain to help simplify, streamline, and automate our supply chain operations. In addition, I assist our Operations leadership team to identify and execute on supply chain improvement opportunities that benefit our organization and our customers. My team uses data analytics to drive decision making to improve our speed-to-market, supply chain design, and profitability.

I led global transformations that combined technology, process redesign, and streamlined structures to generate substantial benefits for clients.
