I also representing the brand by delivery high quality 90 minute cocktail making masterclasses on weekends for parties which meant pulling back to back 18 hour shifts. Fun. I even came in early to stand on Collingwood St on busy Saturdays to empty the glass bins into dumpsters. On shift, I managed a team of up to 20 bartenders; acting as the main point of authority with the delegation of tasks, training new starters and motivating the team to overcome a wide variety of problems. On the plus side, we had a blast!
