As a Staffing Specialist with Campus Support, I will be responsible for full cycle recruitment efforts of VCAD, Reeves College, Vancouver Career College, CDI Colleges, and Primacorp ventures across Canada.• Handle the full cycle recruitment process• Develop/update job descriptions and job specifications• Collaborate with department managers to understand and compile a list of job requirements.• Work with the team to implement the overall recruiting strategy• Post job descriptions to appropriate job boards, ATS, etc.• Source and attract suitable candidates through direct sourcing, databases, online employment forums, social media, referral and creatively identifying sources for candidates including job ads, associations, networking.• Participate and lead all activities in the recruitment lifecycle including candidate management, phone screening, interviewing, assessing, pre-selecting, offer extension, hiring and onboarding.• Promote the company's employer brand• Maintain a database of candidate records including active and passive candidates, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships• Follow up on interview process statuses and update records in the internal database• Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports for the rest of the team and department managers• Update recruitment metrics and reports• Conduct candidate reference checks/ background checks if needed
