As Crafty's lead product designer, I worked with the CTO and product members on building the design process, the design system, the site architecture, and implemented design version control. I helped to shape the product timeline by conducting story mapping exercises that illuminated underlying business and user needs. Through user research and usability testing I created interfaces via web, tablet, and mobile for a client dashboard that allowed office managers to see and understand consumption and spend data. I collaborated across internal teams to help streamline our operations through building a task management mobile application. I was responsible for recruiting design talent and hiring.

As Crafty's first designer I built out a stylistic framework that helped match branding goals with our product goals. I worked with internal teams to build out a fully integrated supply chain. I lead both the user experience and the branding activities of the client facing landing pages. Working with the development team I created standardization between the design to development handoff documents.

At Northwestern University School of Law I worked as a project manager and designer doing space planning and technology implementation. As both the designer of the classroom technology solutions, and the customer service representative of this technology I became intimately aware of how people use and can become frustrated by interfaces. Through my work, I became increasingly excited by solving problems that provide change. • Designed and implemented a flipped classroom and its technology. This design became a new teach model developed throughout northwestern. • Managed facility renovations, staff office moves, and audiovisual projects under 500k.• Developed agile project management style (SCRUM) across the facilities and IT team.

At the School of the Art Institute I got an introduction into design, technology, and customer service. My role was to assist professors and students with connecting their media to the audio visual equipment.
