As a Fellow of Engineers Ireland, I am acutely aware of the significant role engineers play in society. As a Project Management expert, with a PMP (PMI) qualification and a track record of delivering many capital investments, I have first-hand experience of the benefits of project management and how predictable and consistent projects contribute to better business results. My commercial experience is aligned with Chartered Director and Management of Risk (MOR) qualifications which give me a deep understanding of market challenges and the balance between risk and reward. My leadership style is purpose driven, authentic, inclusive and people centric. I lead by example, collaborate effectively to innovate and create the conditions for success.
