Working within the team responsible for the development, organisation, promotion and management on a portfolio of Chelmsford based events and community engagement initiatives. To agreed objectives, deadlines and budgets whilst ensuring that all legal processes, risk management, management plans and permissions have been completed.Including the 3foot People Festival, UK's largest outdoor Festival for pre-schoolers (14,000 cap.) and Fling Festival Chelmsford’s unique and quirky festival of Arts & Culture. Key management responsibilities include:- Content and activity programming- Performance production - including technical spec- Marketing and promotion- Creative development- Booking infrastructure and services- Budget- Site planning- Event build and break- Managing staff- Events Manager - Sourcing sponsorship and partners- Event scheduling - Booking concessionsExperience and responsibilities in the changing environment of 2020:- Working on the community response team communicating and providing support to residents during the national lockdown. - Leading in organising and running virtual content, including the virtual 3foot stage at Play at Home Fest (22,000 + attendees).- Organising and running virtual meetings and engagement session, including festival consultations. - Creating risk assessments for Covid-19 secure events.

Providing full lead generation through a variety of marketing activity to support the Select Drinks sales force, working to monthly deadlines and targets.
