Handle all reservations for property including owner rotational selections per HOA rules, owner space available and short term bookings, renter and prospective buyer reservations, incoming reciprocal reservations and corporate stays. Dancing Bear owner liaison for Timber Reciprocity Program. Manage rooftop lounge and breakfast program. Manage owner programming and events (i.e. yoga classes, ski outings, wine tastings, etc). Assist front office when necessary and help manage owner services.
