Senior Systems Engineering Manager
CurrentResponsible for leading Cisco's Web Service Provider Systems Engineers consisting of 7 teams spread across three western states and two countries. Together with the Sales VP, we are targeting over $1.1 billion in global sales per year, representing some of the most innovating customers in the networking industry.Given the challenges of operating 24/7 networks with billions of end users at a global scale, outside of the training and development of the sales engineering team, I am focused on catching market transitions though tight collaboration with customers, product development, and Senior Cisco Leadership. By helping shape the strategy and direction for Cisco's future offerings to these customers, I help ensure the world's largest networking provider stays relevant among web technology companies.In August of 2021, I was recognized as a leader on the top 10% of sales teams worldwide with the Manager Excellence Award for Cisco's fiscal year 2021 due to the unprecedented growth of business on the Microsoft account team. We booked over $500m in business, which represented 225% growth on the account year over year, and then followed that up by growing over 80% year over year, back to back Manager Excellence Awards and over $1b in bookings in fiscal year 2022.
