EXPERIENCE: I am currently an operations director over a production team of employees who configure and validate provider data for use in core systems. I also direct our team who supports departmental communication, documentation, and training.I have years of experience with data intake, integrity, validation, governance, and general provider data management.I have extensive experience with process improvement, technical automations, data governance, culture adjustment, strategic planning, cross-functional operational alignment, and all general leadership skills.
