• Execute a 24/7/365 condition based monitoring program on 47 large frame gas and steam turbines at 17 locations across North America. (M501G, M501F, 501DA, MW701DA, W501FC, W501FD1/2)• Consistently perform timely and high priority FTA/RCA on individual and fleet wide issues using industry standard processes, procedures and technology• Systematically identified plant maintenance needs and recommend solutions through experience, research, engineering analysis• Fostered, supported and executed 300% growth plan over 5 years, while consistently executing goals for service enhancements• Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams to maintain 98% reliability with 99% availability of customer owned gas turbine fleet• Provide before-it-fails analysis using state of the art predictive modeling techniques, saving customers millions annually• Created fleet performance workbooks based on ASME PTC-22 to track and alert, compressor efficiency, corrected load, corrected heat, emissions, firing temperature and several other KPI’s related to unit performance• Use cross functional leadership skills to support Subject Matter Experts, Sales, Contract Management, Field Service, Manufacturing and Tuning teams in multiple and varied data analysis requests• Interview, train, lead/develop and mentor employees within the department.
