-Responsible for overall strategy, budgeting, and capital allocations for all facilities-Lead organization through a continued dramatic downturn in the Ag Equipment market, downsizing and consolidating operations, selling off a product line to re-capitalize the business, refinancing debt, and eventually reorganizing company debts-Aligned strategic plans with specific action items and objectives for upper managers and actively managed action item and objectives through Key Performance Indicators and reporting requirements to ensure its successful implementation of the plan and budget during this critical time period-Develop and implement weekly cash flow planning and budgeting to help ensure operations continue as smoothly as possible in order to hit the weekly budget sales and cash use projections-Ultimately responsible for operational performance of both entities and facilities

- Direct all Operations, Accounting, and Finance for both locations- Managed downsizing of the Thurston operation through the sudden and dramatic downturn in the agricultural equipment market- Managed turnaround effort at Simonsen Iron Works- Reduced COGS as a % of Sales by 13 percentage points, decreased annual burden expenses by nearly $1 Million, and decreased annual operating variances by another $500,000- Develop and implement brand specific strategic plans throughout the organizations- Ultimately responsible for operational performance of both entities and facilities

- Managed growth of production during this time from $17MM to over $30MM annually - Completed strategic acquisition of the assets of Simonsen Iron Works- Directly Manage Operations and implement continuous improvement culture - Obtained ISO 9001:2008 certifications at both company locations- Manage Finances to achieve our growth and expansion goals and report to Directors

- Managed growth of production during this time from $10MM to over $17MM annually - Directly Manage Operations to Achievement of our strategic and production objectives- Refinanced with large global lending institution to prepare for growth

- Managed growth of production during this time from $6MM to over $10MM - Directly Manage Operations with a focus on efficiency and margins- Restructure corporate debt and operational procedures to prepare for growth
