Achievements:+ Established a national health and safety framework and program for the Agribusiness operation which incorporated 12 remote cattle stations in QLD, NT, WA and TAS.+ Optimised the existing strategy, risk profile, annual plan, standard operating procedures and reporting systems to an integrated, targeted and efficient state.+ Implemented a culture change management program designed to enhance engagement, create a connection with safety through inclusion and build the capacity of property managers and leadership to manage risk in a structured and achievable way.+ Designed and implemented a national mental health capacity building program for remote property managers and staff, this included the delivery of mental health first aid training for property managers and mental health awareness with staff (mustering the mind).

Achievements:+ Recipient of a finalist employee of the year award for demonstrating cultural leadership, consistent high performance and embodying the organisational values. + Implemented a risk, safety and governance framework that delivered an efficient, robust and relevant system that is embraced by staff.+ Project managed the review and enhancement of security and event threat arrangements for the Formula 1 and Motorcycle Grand Prix, this delivered improved physical infrastructure, surveillance, interagency cooperation, operational standards, resourcing, testing and has been acknowledged as the global benchmark by F1 Management and their global security partners.+ Project managed the design of a world first interagency crisis management exercise using the Victoria Police Academy Hydra Training Facility. The exercise was designed for the Formula 1 event and delivered an immersive learning environment that tested emergency and crisis management arrangements and interagency response.+ Strengthened relationships and cooperation with international teams, event stakeholders, activations and promotional stakeholders and contractors.+ Co-designed and implemented a contractor and third-party management platform which delivered an automated solution for onboarding, vetting and risk assessing contractors and third parties for the Formula 1 and Motorcycle Grand Prix events. + Implemented a safety management system and operational risk management program that focussed on engagement and inclusion, culture and change, policy and process, progressive implementation, capacity building of stakeholders and prioritised high-risk activities. + Co-designed and facilitated the development of a culture change strategy and program. This included the analysis of culture survey results, design and facilitation of deep-dive workshops, establishment of key themes and delivery of a supporting workforce strategy retreat.

Achievements:+ Project manager for the development and implementation of a national work health and safety management system and operational risk management program for one of Australia's largest not-for-profits. The project delivered 18 risk profiling workshops nationally, a WHS strategy and plan, change management program, consultation and engagement committees, safe systems of work and tools and capacity building of people and safety leaders. + Project manager for the development and implementation of a workshop safety and compliance program for one of Melbourne’s largest bus companies. The project delivered a comprehensive assessment of workshop risks and activities, implementation and change program, engagement workshops, review and development of standard operating procedures, training program, competency assessment program and competency verification cycle. The project enhanced staff skills and safety due diligence.+ Successfully adapting solutions and approaches based on client needs and industry. This saw the delivery risk workshops, systems audits and gap analysis, strategy development, training, coaching, operational risk programs and safety inspections to a variety of industries including not-for-profit, education, manufacturing, retail, hotels, media, telecommunications, public transport
