About Ryan Lindsey

I have collaborated both with people working to address co-occurring substance use and mental health issues & many others addressing only one or the other. I am motivated by people seeking to change the way they walk through the world and the lens through which they view their world and themselves in it. Using a cognitive behavioral approach and emphasis on mindfulness, I strive to meet my clients where they are in their lives and help them move forward to where they want to be.I am an LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist focusing on trauma-focused therapy, bipolar disorders, addiction counseling, and anxiety. My approach is humanistic, client-centered, and emphasizes mindfulness. I work to help my clients discover and explore their best path as they define it.
