Established the international business from scratch with an office in London. Recruited, hired, and trained a field organisation for EMEA (sales, BD, marketing). Built from 0 to $1M ARR in two quarters. In final quarter with the team we produced 30% of the company's net new ARR.

700% ARR growth from Q4 2016 - Q4 2018I joined MemSQL (later SingleStore) as a force multiplier to grow it from a startup to a global technology leader. Brought in large net new logos and the largest deal in company history ($13M). Clients included PwC, Bank of America, SAS, Capital One, Goldman Sachs, Macy’s, Morgan Stanley. As a sales leader, I recruited, hired, and trained a team that improved unit economics on deals 50%. Part of leadership team for first cashflow positive quarter in company history.Worked closely with product and engineering to align feature development to market needs. We worked to onboard several F50 clients to MemSQL. MemSQL is a YC-backed startup with investment from Accel, Khosla, Google Ventures, and In-Q-Tel.

GAM for Goldman Sachs and CitigroupI joined SAP as a founding member of the Financial Services practice to bring new industry-specific products and branding to market. I generated $20M in net new revenues, and we grew the business to well north of $125M annually. Structured direct deals, revenue-share models, and ongoing royalty agreements.I worked with key clients to define, build, and deploy industry-specific solutions. Examples include: - Financial Services Network, a cloud-based transaction banking platform for institutional clients.- Private Equity portfolio company purchasing and spend management platform.- Real-time market data analytics tools for Investment Managers.- Intraday liquidity dashboards for large asset bank holding companies.Worked in a variety of verticals including private equity, asset management, fund administration, and structured finance. Managed pre and post merger integration activities and negotiated $MM contracts.

Tour of duty in Paris as part of the SAP Fast Track program for rising leaders. I built out a strategic customer engagement program for the Chief Operating Officer of SAP for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Specific focus was on market growth in the following areas: S/4HANA, Internet of Things (IoT), OEM, and Named Net New accounts.The Office of the COO also owned field enablement, talent pipeline & college recruiting, fiscal year forecast and tools, as well as the innovation lab.
