In this timeframe I held the positions of Recoveries Supervisor, Outsourcing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager. As Recoveries Supervisor at Bank Plus Credit Services, I managed a team of Recovery agents focusing on Bankruptcy and Probate claims in relation to two Sub Prime Credit Card portfolios. In this role I developed and enforced policy and procedure for my staff as well as other late stage collection agents. In addition, I developed and maintained vendor relationships with first and third party collection agencies. I was involved in vendor management from the due diligence and selection stage through ongoing risk assessment, performance evaluation and contract renewal. As Vendor Manager at Household International I continued my Vendor Management role for the Bank Plus portfolios as well as a Household Credit Card Portfolio. I again participated in all stages of vendor management from selection through performance evaluation and contract renewal.As Assistant Marketing Manager with HSBC I was involved in portfolio management of two Sub-Prime and one Prime Credit Card portfolio. In this role I was tasked with increasing credit utilization through risk evaluation, Credit Line Increase and Balance Transfer direct mail campaigns focusing on current customers. I accomplished these tasks through collaboration with Operations, Credit and Marketing peers and complex project management.
