Working directly with the Tourmaline Wealth Advisor practice, I'm bringing my financial services experience and my learning and facilitation work to a team dedicated to the art of financial planning.

Glad to be a facilitator and part of the Fairplay Communications team. We are a team of learning designers, facilitators, researchers, content creators and strategists who share an origin story in the practice of improvisation. Collectively, we've found a better way to help individuals and teams learn how to adapt to change.

As a facilitator and trainer with Second City Works, I have become adept at setting up improvisation training exercises, debriefing those exercises with participants, and leading clients through an experiential learning process designed to enhance communication, collaboration, and community. I have had the unique pleasure of working with some of the largest corporations and their executive leadership teams across the country and world. Previous clients have included: State Farm Insurance, VRBO, Nuveen, The National Association of Realtors, Indeed, and Active Campaign.

I have been a proud ensemble member of High Stakes Productions as an improviser, actor, writer, and volunteer staff member since 2017. Based in Chicago, IL High Stakes Productions produces some of the most popular improvised shows in the city including Hitch*Cocktails (The Improvised Thriller/Drinking Game) at the Annoyance Theatre & Bar and Clued In (The Improvised Murder Mystery) at The Second City. We are experts at long-form narrative genre performances and consistently produce smart, beautiful, hilarious performances both improvised and scripted.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, I am proud to be a part of SBA’s senior leadership team and am responsible for two key areas: strengthening the partnership between SBA and its 10 affiliated local chapters; and leading SBA’s 3 “corporate” chapters, which are part of SBA itself. I foster shared learning between and among SBA’s chapters to spread and scale innovative programs and practices. I manage the annual process for reviewing and updating partnership agreements with affiliated chapters. I engage volunteer advisory councils in corporate chapters to set local goals that align with the SBA network’s strategic plan. All in support of and in service to the mission of the Spina Bifida Association (SBA), the nation’s only national voluntary health organization that focuses on building a better and brighter future for all those impacted by Spina Bifida through education, advocacy, research, support, and clinical care.

A focus on overall engagement and the enrichment of the IIDA member experience, as well as the chapter, campus center and committee leadership experience. Working alongside the Director of Membership, establishing meaningful connections, valuable benefits, programs and experiences for all members.

Working with our membership and communications department, I curate the IIDA Student Member experience, guiding the strategic direction of student growth and developing student-related content, resources, and programs for students, educators, campus centers and chapters. I facilitate the transitions for our members from our student to professional memberships and work hard to create robust student campaigns and implement outreach programs to campus centers in order to grow and advance the IIDA student, educator, and campus membership segments.
