Currently pursuing my MSc in Sport & Exercise Science with a specialism in Physiology, balancing my academics with playing semi-professional rugby for Swansea RFC. I am a hardworking, highly-motivated and organised individual who is looking to prove himself in the sport, health and wellbeing sector. Throughout my days at school, further education and employment I have worked hard to ensure that I have achieved good grades and obtained extensive experience. I have invaluable experience in a plethora of different sectors which shows I am adaptable and willing to turn my hand to whatever is required of me. I am an effective communicator, Equally comfortable working as part of team or off my own initiative. I am very enthusiastic and would be a dedicated worker for any business. I am articulate and have a personable manner. I am comfortable leading discussions and I am intrinsically motivated to perform to the best of my ability in all facets of life. Aristotle’s concept of Eudaimonia symbolises the dedication to becoming the best version of yourself. It exemplifies the ultimate goal of human life and is achieved through the fulfilment of one’s potential to bring absolute happiness and wellbeing. For me, this is pursuing a career in Sport & Exercise Science and utilising my adoration for all things sport, exercise, health and well-being.I am aspiring to work as a Physiologist, using my scientific knowledge on the topic area alongside a passion for health and well-being to help others. Would also like to continue to develop my skills teaching and inspiring young learners through sport and education.Career Highlights: 🎓 Achieving a First Class grade in my dissertation, “To what extent does physiological sex affect acute cardio-vascular reactions during the Cold Pressor Test”, during my BSc Sport & Exercise Science.⛰️ Being recognised for my contribution towards an environmental initiative with Adidas UK and Parley for the Oceans by completing the Welsh Three Peaks challenge.📚 I was fortunate enough to work alongside some fantastic members of staff to assist in the teaching and learning experience for a group of learners who were voted “Class of the Year” in the South Wales School and Education Awards 2023
