-Modeled an aerodynamic shell using SolidWorks.-Conducted FEAs using SolidWorks to ensure structural soundness and aerodynamics.-Assisted in assembling the wood supports and foam to create the skeleton of the mold.-Worked with fellow engineers to execute fiberglass layups using composites and resin to manufacture the shell.

• Prototyped a modular camera stand for an autonomous robot utilizing SolidWorks CAD software which was manufactured by laser cutting.
• Fabricated custom-sized L brackets to support the mounted camera stand of the robot with the use of SolidWorks, eventually manufacturing the parts by 3D Printing (FDM).
• Conducted FEAs on the L brackets to evaluate the stress produced by the camera stand on them to determine their compatibility.
• Designed and manufactured a custom-sized IMU case to house the IMU software using CAD software and additive manufacturing (FDM), which was successfully integrated with the robot's frame.
• Aided in assembling all the hardware components of the robot and preparing it for testing before the annual intelligent ground vehicle competition.
• Cooperated with fellow design engineers to analyze, test, and calibrate designed parts for implementation.
