The Associate Dean of Campus Life serves to support students in their experiences outside of the classroom at LaGrange College. Campus Life at LaGrange College includes Residential Life, Greek Life, Orientation, Student Activities, Multicultural Programs, Student Government, Leadership, and Student Conduct. The Associate Dean supervises three Area Managers, an Administrative Assistant and two Graduate Assistants. The Associate Dean is responsible for all operations, policies, and practices out of the Campus Life area and provides administrative support to the rest fo the Student Engagement Division under the Vice President for Student Engagement.

A pilot program that I designed and implemented based on a program observed at the NASPA national conference. The Pioneer Re-Engagement Program (PREP) addresses student needs at the University of Denver by engage students in the restorative process and asking them to examine their role in the community. Materials were developed in Maxient, Word, and Excel to track, assess, and assist students in program completion as well as train administrators on implementation on campus.

Chair Conduct Review Board process including the creation and facilitation of CRB Quarterly Training. Manage the scheduling and execution of 1:1 hearings with students regarding probation level conduct issues. Address areas where the Student Conduct Department could increase focus or implement best practices for Inclusive Excellence. Create engaging programming for Honor the Code campaign.

Communicate and organize a 70 member group of Conduct Review Board volunteers. Chair and facilitate board discussions during weekly hearings regarding suspension level cases.

Deliver superior customer service experience while creating consistent high quality products. Connect with customers on deep personal level and provide an environment that is welcoming and comfortable.
