I advanced my career to Senior Vice President Leadership roles within successful Fortune 500 FinTech corporations over the US and Canada, a Kleiner Perkins venture capital backed start up, and everything in between. I hired my first business coach over 20 years ago when I felt overwhelmed after getting promoted to a regional sales leadership role.I was struggling in receiving the support, direction, and leadership to know where to start or what to adjust to achieve consistent success. With a business coach, I was able to learn the skills to excel in the job, gain confidence, and earn recognition for turning around the dead last ranked region in the company to #1 Nationally. From a personal standpoint, I hired a coach when I committed to completing a full Ironman triathlon and when I completed a 50 mile ultramarathon run on a mountain. Coaches have changed my career and life forever.
