Current•Work closely with CHRO to create, drive, and execute talent acquisition strategy for the organization•Drive strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives to ensure a best-in-class full cycle talent acquisition process for candidates and internal stakeholders •Lead and drive social media and employer branding strategy to position firm as employer of choice in market•Leverage KPIs to drive and assess program effectiveness while proactively communicating results to leadership•Build relationships with candidates and employees•Serve as subject matter expert with regards to recruiting, selecting talent, and hiring•Design and develop TA strategies and robust talent pipelines•Building credibility with internal stakeholders, providing consultative service delivery to clients that do not hire on a reoccurring basis •Work closely with hiring leaders and interview teams to review candidates post interview and determine next steps•Own and drive overall talent acquisition processes•Lead and develop university partnerships and strategy•Managing external recruiting partners, including recommending when we use and when we recruit internally
