Co-Lead the Global integration of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module across nine sites from existing Maximo system completing the project on time and within budget. Managed project schedules and engaged cross functional teams in development of the final solution.• Delivered the project to scope, requirements, time, cost and quality by applying project management methodology and the appropriate level of rigor• Delivered timely and accurate status reports to Program Management identifying project issues in advance and providing mitigation options effectively partnering with staff from all areas of the business to provide mitigation options• Supported training delivering at both the Kentucky Distribution Centre and the Manufacturing Facility in Liverpool, England consisting of approx. 120 end users
